Services Provided

Resolve Forward provides professional family law dispute resolution services including:

Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required prior to the scheduled session.

Confidentiality

All information shared during our services is strictly confidential and will be handled in accordance with professional standards, applicable laws, and regulations governing family dispute resolution services.

Professional Conduct

All parties are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during sessions. Resolve Forward reserves the right to terminate services if inappropriate behavior occurs.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Resolve Forward and its practitioners are not liable for any decisions made by parties during or as a result of our services. Our role is to facilitate resolution, not to provide legal advice.

Independent Legal Advice

All parties are encouraged to seek independent legal advice before, during, and after engaging in dispute resolution services. Our services do not constitute legal representation.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services will be resolved in accordance with Australian law. We encourage parties to attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication before pursuing formal legal action.

Changes to Terms

Resolve Forward reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
