How to Make a Booking
Please follow the steps below to make a booking:

Important: Please ensure consent is obtained from the other party before proceeding with the booking.
Mediation & Family Dispute Resolution (FDR)
We offer tailored mediation and FDR services to help families resolve disputes respectfully and efficiently. All sessions include preparation and intake to ensure a smooth and productive process.
Half-Day Mediation/FDR
$1,500 per person ($3,000 total) + GST
Recommended for:
- • Simple disputes with one or two issues
- • Straightforward property or parenting matters
Includes:
- • Intake and assessment conference (up to 45 minutes via video)
- • Mediation/FDR (up to 3.25 hours via video conferencing)
- • Review of agreed materials such as balance sheets or case outlines
Full-Day Mediation/FDR
$2,500 per person ($5,000 total) + GST
Recommended for:
- • Cases involving both parenting and property matters
- • Complex disputes with multiple issues
- • Shuttle mediation/FDR
Includes:
- • Intake and assessment conference (up to 45 minutes via video)
- • Mediation/FDR (up to 7 hours in person within Sydney Metro or via video)
- • Review of agreed materials including reports, valuations, and case outlines
Intake and Assessment Meeting (Pre-Mediation Meeting)
Price included in half-day and full-day mediation packages, including half-day and full-day child-inclusive mediation packages.
Book a phone or video conference to:
- • Provide a safe space to share your story and concerns
- • Help the mediator understand your goals
- • Allows the mediator to explain how mediation works and prepare you so you feel informed, supported, and ready to proceed to mediation
Additional Fees
Extra Time
If additional time is required for mediation (subject to availability), this will be charged at an overtime rate of $600 per hour plus GST (i.e $300 per hour per party plus GST).
Venue Hire
Should an external venue be required, this can be arranged, with the cost to be met directly by the parties.
FDR Invitation Request
$600 + GST
This booking covers the formal invitation process for Family Dispute Resolution and includes:
- A minimum of two contact attempts with the other party
- Regular updates to the requesting party
- Issuance of a Section 60I Certificate, if applicable
Note: The fee is $600 plus GST, which will be credited toward the cost of mediation/FDR if it goes ahead
Parenting Coordination
Support for parents navigating post-separation parenting arrangements, with a focus on reducing conflict and improving communication.
Initial Individual Intake Sessions
$600 per person + GST
Up to 45 minutes per parent by video conference
Ongoing Joint Sessions
$1,200 + GST per session (total)
90-minute joint sessions by video conference
(being $600 per person + GST)
Additional Fees
It is important to note that Parenting Coordination work undertaken outside of scheduled sessions — including reviewing documents, preparing agreements or agendas, and communications between sessions — is charged at $600 per hour + GST. Unless otherwise agreed or directed, these costs are shared equally between the parties.

Work together with professionals in a structured, respectful process to resolve family law matters without court intervention.
Collaborative Coaching Services
$600/hour + GST
Child Inclusive Mediation
A specialised form of mediation that gives children a voice in the decision-making process while ensuring their wellbeing remains the top priority.
Half-Day Child Inclusive Mediation
$1,800 per person ($3,600 total) + GST
Recommended for:
- • Simple disputes with limited parenting issues
Includes:
- • Intake and assessment conference (up to 45 minutes by video)
- • Mediation session (up to 3.25 hours by video conference)
- • Review of agreed materials (including case outlines)
- • Liaison with the Child Consultant and feedback session with parents
Please note: the Child Consultant's fee is additional and varies depending on the consultant engaged.
Full-Day Child Inclusive Mediation
$2,750 per person ($5,500 total) + GST
Recommended for:
- • Matters involving both parenting and property issues
- • Complex disputes with multiple or interrelated issues
- • Shuttle mediation
Includes:
- • Intake and assessment conference (up to 45 minutes by video)
- • Mediation (up to 7 hours, in person within Sydney Metro or by video conference)
- • Review of agreed materials, including reports, valuations and case outlines
- • Liaison with the Child Consultant and feedback session with parents

Arbitration Packages
We offer flexible arbitration options to suit your needs and budget. All packages include reading of materials and award writing.
Pre-Arbitration Meeting

A preliminary meeting to discuss the arbitration process, review materials, and ensure all parties are prepared.
Arbitration on Papers
$3,000 per person ($6,000 total) + GST
- Pre-arbitration meeting (included)
- No hearing or oral submissions
- Review of all submitted materials
- Written award provided
One-Day Arbitration
$4,500 per person ($9,000 total) + GST
- Pre-arbitration meeting (included)
- Review of all materials
- Arbitration from 10am to 5:00pm (in person or via video)
- Written award
Two-Day Arbitration
$6,000 per person ($12,000 total) + GST
- Pre-arbitration meeting (included)
- Review of all materials
- Arbitration over two days (10am to 5:00pm each day)
- Written award
Additional Fees
- • Extra time beyond 5:00pm or for extended pre-arbitration events: $600/hour plus GST
- • Additional arbitration days beyond two: $4,000 per day plus GST
- • Venue hire (if required): charged at cost
